You hold a Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials and have demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities. While you may have no prior experience, any exposure to talent sourcing or recruiting will be considered a plus. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential, and knowledge of additional Asian languages would be advantageous.

What you'll do

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in identifying and selecting the best talent for AlphaSights. You will manage candidate communications, ensuring they have a positive experience from application to hire. Your responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for candidates, helping them understand why AlphaSights is a great place to work. You will also assist in organizing interviews and providing feedback to candidates, contributing to the overall efficiency of the recruitment process. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment in hiring needs and candidate expectations.
