What you'll do

As the Alternative Investments Operations Lead, you will be responsible for building and executing the operational framework for Altruist's alternative investments platform. This includes overseeing the custody and processing of private funds, interval funds, non-traded REITs, and BDCs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that operational processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable. Your role will involve developing best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance operational performance and mitigate risks.

You will also play a key role in training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. By leveraging your expertise, you will help shape the strategic direction of the operations team, ensuring alignment with Altruist's mission to make financial advice better and more accessible. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the platform and the satisfaction of financial advisors and their clients.
