What you'll do

As an Investment Operations Analyst at MicroVentures, you will play a crucial role in the Fund Management team. You will be responsible for overseeing the full investment life cycle, which includes the establishment and funding of LLCs. Your day-to-day tasks will involve fund accounting, where you will ensure that all financial records are accurate and up to date. You will prepare periodic reports and tax forms, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Additionally, you will manage the exit of target investments and assist in closing the fund, contributing to the overall success of the investment process.
