What you'll do
As an Investment Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the full investment life cycle, which includes the establishment and funding of an LLC, target investment completion, and day-to-day fund accounting. You will prepare periodic reports and tax forms, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and timely. Additionally, you will manage the exit of target investments and assist in closing the fund, working closely with other team members to ensure a smooth process.
