What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory. You will ensure that the physical inventory count matches purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies that arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, and contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items. You will handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently, using equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Your role may also involve working in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, so adaptability is key.
