Your experience in business development equips you with the skills to engage new customers and drive transformative projects involving technology strategy, migration, and modernization.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of AWS Professional Services offerings clearly. Your understanding of the AWS cloud and its capabilities allows you to identify applicable solutions for clients, ensuring their digital transformation goals are met. You are adept at creating proposals and securing customer sign-offs for Statements of Work (SoW), demonstrating your ability to manage the sales motion end to end.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead strategic business development efforts for AWS Professional Services within the public sector in Australia and New Zealand. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and define business outcomes, leveraging your expertise to propose tailored solutions. Collaborating with ProServe Cloud Architects, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants, you will drive customer success and business growth through effective project management and relationship building.
You will stay connected with customers post-project launch to ensure that agreed business outcomes are delivered, reinforcing trust and satisfaction. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for further engagement and upselling additional services as clients progress on their digital transformation journeys. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of AWS Professional Services by providing feedback and insights based on your interactions with clients.
