You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with ProServe Cloud Architects, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants to ensure customer success. Your ability to engage with both new and existing customers allows you to identify opportunities for transformative projects that leverage distributed architecture and hybrid cloud operations. You are committed to delivering agreed business outcomes as outlined in Statements of Work (SOWs), maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior ProServe Account Executive at Amazon Web Services, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and success through transformative IT projects. You will work closely with a team of experts to understand customer needs and define business outcomes, ensuring that AWS Professional Services offerings are aligned with their goals. Your role will involve creating proposals and securing customer signoff on SOWs, which are critical for project initiation.

Following project launch, you will maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure that the agreed business outcomes are being met. You will leverage your sales expertise to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts, contributing to overall business success. Your performance will be measured against key metrics, including Revenue, Billable Bookings, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

You will also participate in strategic planning sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and improve customer experiences. Your insights will help shape the direction of AWS Professional Services, ensuring that we continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
