You have a strong background in sales, particularly within the technology and consulting sectors, with a proven track record of engaging customers and driving business growth. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value is a key strength, allowing you to build trust and establish lasting relationships with clients. You are proficient in business development and have experience executing sales methodologies, managing CRM systems, and analyzing customer data to inform your strategies. Your analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to navigate challenges effectively, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
You possess excellent project management abilities, allowing you to oversee multiple customer engagements simultaneously while maintaining a focus on delivering agreed business outcomes. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate proposals clearly and secure customer signoff on Statements of Work (SOWs). You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Cloud Architects and Delivery Consultants to ensure successful project launches and ongoing customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
As a ProServe Account Executive at Amazon Web Services, you will be responsible for engaging both new and existing customers in transformative IT projects. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs and defining business outcomes, leveraging AWS Professional Services offerings to create tailored proposals. You will collaborate with ProServe Cloud Architects and Engagement Managers to drive customer success, ensuring that projects are launched effectively and that customer expectations are met throughout the engagement.
You will stay connected with customers post-launch to monitor progress and ensure that the agreed business outcomes are achieved as outlined in the SOW. Your performance will be measured against key metrics, including Revenue, Billable Bookings, and customer satisfaction (CSAT). You will play a crucial role in helping customers realize their desired outcomes when using AWS services, contributing to their overall success and satisfaction with the AWS platform.
