You have a proven track record in account-based marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Your strategic thinking is complemented by hands-on execution skills, allowing you to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted initiatives. You possess strong project management skills and analytical capabilities, enabling you to influence cross-functional stakeholders effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a knack for building relationships with sales teams to understand account priorities.
Desirable
Experience with enterprise-level marketing and familiarity with multi-channel marketing strategies will set you apart. A background in data analysis and the ability to interpret customer data and market trends will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and SQL will be beneficial for optimizing campaign strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design and execute territory-specific account-based marketing campaigns that align with global frameworks and drive measurable business impact. You will build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs. Analyzing customer data, buying signals, and market trends will inform your campaign strategy and optimization efforts. You will create and implement multi-channel programs, including events, digital, and direct marketing, to deliver personalized customer experiences. Partnering with regional marketing teams, you will ensure that ABM programs complement broader field marketing efforts. You will drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices, while tracking and reporting on program performance to optimize and scale successful approaches. Managing program budgets effectively will also be a key responsibility.
