Who you are
You have a strong background in account-based marketing, with experience in executing high-touch ABM programs that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. You thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy collaborating closely with sales teams to create tailored marketing strategies that resonate with target accounts. Your ability to analyze data and adapt strategies based on insights is key to your success in this role.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with executives and multithread buying committees. Your proactive approach enables you to shape effective ABM plays rather than just executing predefined strategies. You are passionate about delivering bespoke account experiences that lead to measurable results and revenue acceleration.
What you'll do
As the Account-Based Marketing Manager at Highspot, you will own and execute the company's most impactful ABM programs. You will work closely with the Demand Generation team and report to the Manager of Demand Generation. Your primary focus will be on driving new customer pipeline and deal progression across strategic accounts in North America. You will design and implement personalized marketing experiences that engage key stakeholders and accelerate the sales process.
You will collaborate with Sales to identify priority accounts and develop tailored marketing strategies that resonate with their unique needs. Your role will involve creating 1:1 and 1:few experiences that break into these accounts and engage executives effectively. You will also analyze the performance of your ABM initiatives, using data to refine and optimize your strategies continuously.
