What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of Account Managers, overseeing their efforts to manage and grow relationships with Amazon's Selling Partners. You will collaborate with vendors to explore innovative ways to enhance selection, merchandising, and operational improvements. Your responsibilities will include setting performance metrics, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring that your team delivers a high level of service.
You will work closely with internal leaders from Retail and Vendor Services to align strategies and drive results. Your role will involve mentoring your team, providing guidance on best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for reporting on team performance and vendor satisfaction, using data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
