What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a team of Account Managers responsible for overseeing the growth of Amazon's North America vendors. You will work closely with your team to ensure that Selling Partners receive exceptional service and support, helping them to maximize their potential on the platform. You will lead initiatives to identify new selection and merchandising opportunities, collaborating with vendors to implement operational improvements that enhance their experience.
You will be responsible for setting performance metrics and ensuring that your team meets operational standards — your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. You will also engage in regular strategy sessions with your team and stakeholders to align on goals and drive continuous improvement.
