You understand the importance of aligning business outcomes with customer needs and have experience in driving digital transformation initiatives.
You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT and executive leadership, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service implementation. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and execute a CXO relationship strategy that fosters long-term partnerships. You thrive in environments where you can influence decision-making at the highest levels and are comfortable engaging with AWS senior leadership for executive sponsorships.
Desirable
Experience in the energy sector is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud technologies and digital transformation strategies. You may have a background in consulting or business development, which enhances your ability to understand and address customer pain points effectively.
What you'll do
As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing AWS's global energy customers within the EMEA region. Your primary goal will be to meet customers in their cloud journeys, working backwards from their industry-specific needs to transform their businesses. You will build and maintain key relationships, develop and manage opportunities, and monitor deployment projects while engaging virtual resources to deliver the best results for our customers.
You will define a CXO relationship strategy within your accounts, coordinating executive business reviews and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve selling at the most strategic level within the account, implementing a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and ensuring successful service implementation. You will collaborate with various AWS resources to drive business outcomes and support customers in their digital transformation journeys.
