Amazon is seeking an Account Manager for their Strategic Account Services team to enhance the Selling Partner experience. You'll work closely with partners to improve their business on Amazon through strategic consultancy. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a data-driven approach.

Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in e-commerce or a related field. You excel at building long-term relationships with key decision-makers and understand the importance of a consultative approach to sales. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights is a key strength, allowing you to support Selling Partners effectively. You are motivated by the opportunity to innovate and improve service delivery, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work with diverse teams.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is a plus, as is familiarity with Amazon's marketplace and its tools. You are comfortable navigating complex business scenarios and can adapt your strategies to meet the unique needs of each Selling Partner. A background in marketing or sales strategy would also be beneficial, as you will be advising partners on account strategy and selection listing.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with a group of Selling Partners to help them grow their business on Amazon. You will offer support on launching new programs and exploring Amazon's marketing tools, advising on account strategy, and selection listing. Your role will involve developing and converting a sales pipeline using a highly consultative and data-driven approach. You will onboard new partners and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers within their organizations. Given the early stage of the program, you will also be tasked with developing processes, tools, and content to enhance the service provided to Selling Partners. Your contributions will play a vital role in improving the overall customer experience on Amazon.
