Amazon is hiring a Senior FinOps Analyst to manage and resolve accounts receivables queries. You'll work closely with customers to resolve billing issues and drive monthly collection targets. This role requires a strong understanding of accounts receivables processes.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong understanding of the Accounts Receivables process and are detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused. You are self-motivated and a quick learner, with the ability to earn trust with customers to facilitate timely payments. Your experience includes following up with customers via emails and phone calls to ensure timely collection of payments for your assigned portfolio. You maintain detailed post correspondence updates on accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
You excel in collaborating with various stakeholders, including Billing, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Customer Service, to resolve customer disputes and queries. You are skilled at monitoring high-risk accounts and ensuring timely escalation of challenges to management. You continually look for ways to improve the customer experience and assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process by identifying areas of improvement. Meeting monthly productivity goals is a key aspect of your role, and you have experience reconciling complex accounts with excellent attention to detail.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and resolve receivables-related queries received from Amazon customers. You will support customers in resolving billing issues, reconciling accounts, and driving monthly collection targets. Your responsibilities will include following up with customers to ensure timely collection of payments and maintaining detailed records of accounts receivable. You will collaborate with various internal teams to resolve disputes and establish good client relationships. Monitoring high-risk accounts and escalating challenges to management will be part of your duties, as well as continually seeking to improve processes and customer experiences.
