Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or commerce and possess a strong understanding of the Accounts Receivables process. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and have a customer-centric approach to your work. Your ability to earn trust with customers and facilitate timely payments is a key strength. You are self-motivated and a quick learner, always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. Your excellent attention to detail allows you to reconcile complex accounts effectively.
You have experience in following up with customers via emails and phone calls, ensuring timely collection of payments for your assigned portfolio. You maintain detailed records of accounts receivable, ensuring that aging is up to date and that credits and collections are applied correctly. You are skilled at collaborating with various stakeholders, including Billing, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Customer Service, to resolve disputes and queries.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and resolve receivables-related queries from Amazon customers, ensuring that billing issues are addressed promptly. You will follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of payments and maintain detailed records of accounts receivable. Your responsibilities will include monitoring high-risk accounts and escalating challenges to management as needed. You will also assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for improvement.
You will work closely with various teams to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally. Meeting monthly productivity goals will be a key aspect of your role, and you will continually look for ways to enhance the customer experience. Your ability to reconcile complex accounts will be essential in ensuring that all discrepancies are accounted for and resolved efficiently.
