Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in agency sales or business development, ideally within the advertising or technology sectors — you've successfully managed relationships with large clients and understand the nuances of agency dynamics. Your strategic thinking skills allow you to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans to achieve ambitious goals.

You are an excellent communicator, capable of building trust with partners at all levels — your ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively has been key to your success in previous roles. You are comfortable working with complex data sets and can make data-driven decisions that lead to measurable outcomes.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities — your organizational skills ensure that you can keep track of various projects while maintaining a focus on results. You have a customer-centric mindset, always looking for ways to enhance the client experience and drive value for both the agency and Amazon.

Desirable

Experience with digital advertising solutions and a strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem would be beneficial — familiarity with programmatic ad buying and various pricing models is a plus. A background in analytics or marketing would also enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Amazon's largest agency customers — you will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are leveraging Amazon Ads solutions effectively. Your role will involve developing strategies to increase tool adoption and penetration within each agency, ultimately driving revenue growth for Amazon Ads.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align on goals and share insights that can enhance our offerings — your ability to think big and innovate will be crucial as you work to improve our advertising solutions. You will also analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, using this data to inform your strategies and recommendations.

In addition to managing existing relationships, you will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities within the agency landscape — your proactive approach will help expand Amazon's reach and influence in the advertising market. You will also participate in industry events and conferences to represent Amazon Ads and build your professional network.
