You have extensive experience in agency development and a proven track record of managing relationships at the senior level. Your ability to communicate effectively across various levels of matrixed organizations sets you apart, allowing you to earn the trust of partners and clients alike. You are a strategic thinker who can make data-driven decisions, set and achieve ambitious goals, and prioritize delivering exceptional experiences for Amazon Advertising’s media agency customers.
You are comfortable working with complex data sets and have a knack for simplifying processes for customers. Your experience in driving revenue growth and tool adoption within advertising environments makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy arming agencies with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the Amazon Ads/Agency Holding Company relationship, focusing on accelerating revenue and increasing tool adoption. You will be responsible for developing strategic alliances and educating agencies on how to leverage Amazon Ads effectively. Your role will involve analyzing data to inform your strategies and decisions, ensuring that you are always aligned with the goals of both Amazon and its agency partners.
You will play a critical role in ideation and execution, working closely with agencies to develop and sell Amazon-focused ideas to their clients. Your ability to think big while managing the details will be essential in achieving advertiser growth. You will also be expected to lead initiatives that enhance the overall experience for Amazon Advertising’s media agency customers, ensuring that they have the tools and insights necessary to drive their campaigns successfully.
