Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in agency sales or business development, demonstrating a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Your strategic thinking skills enable you to identify opportunities for growth and drive measurable outcomes for clients. You are an excellent communicator, capable of engaging with partners at all levels and earning their trust.

You are comfortable working with complex data sets and can make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives. Your ability to simplify complex concepts for clients ensures that they understand the value of Amazon Ads solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving ambitious goals.

What you'll do

As a Senior Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Amazon's largest agency customers. You will work closely with these agencies to accelerate Amazon Ads revenue and increase the adoption of our advertising tools. Your role will involve developing strategies to penetrate the total advertiser universe within each agency, ensuring that our solutions meet their needs effectively.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored advertising solutions that drive brand awareness and product sales for our clients. Your ability to think big and innovate will be crucial in developing new approaches to agency partnerships and advertising strategies.
