What you'll do
As an Agency Development Manager, you will own the relationship with agency holding companies at the highest level. Your primary responsibility will be to accelerate Amazon Ads revenue by increasing tool adoption and penetration within the total advertiser universe in each agency. You will work closely with the Amazon Ads Benelux team to develop strategies that drive growth and enhance the agency's capabilities in utilizing Amazon's advertising solutions.
You will be accountable for advertiser growth through strategic alliances, education, and ideation directly with agencies. This involves collaborating with various teams within Amazon to ensure that agencies have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. You will also be responsible for setting and achieving goals that align with Amazon Ads' overall objectives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
