What you'll do

As an Applied Scientist II at Amazon Connect, you will join a team of innovative scientists dedicated to advancing generative AI technology. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting research and developing machine learning models that enhance customer service experiences. You will collaborate closely with senior technical and business leaders to distill insights from vast amounts of data and apply them to real-world applications. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of machine learning models, from initial research and development to deployment and optimization. Your work will directly impact the Agentic Customer Experience organization, helping to integrate AI capabilities into Amazon Connect's offerings. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
