Amazon is hiring a Senior Partner Success Manager for eero to ensure efficient onboarding and successful deployments for enterprise partners. This role involves collaboration with various teams and requires strong program management skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in partner management, with a focus on ensuring partners onboard efficiently and successfully deploy products. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams to interpret partner needs and prioritize workflows dedicated to partner development. You excel at anticipating partner needs and resolving pain points, ensuring a seamless experience for both partners and customers.
You possess excellent program management skills, owning all facets of the partner success process for large, complex strategic accounts. You are adept at defining and coordinating program requirements, including project management of non-standard partner needs. Your ability to coordinate product training and onboarding of new partners is a key strength, enabling you to accelerate partner deployments effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will set the standard for how eero works with partners, interpreting their needs and prioritizing workflows dedicated to partner development. You will acquire deep knowledge of customers' vision, products, and objectives, identifying and executing on revenue-maximizing opportunities for both the partner and eero. You will own all facets of the partner success process for large, complex strategic accounts, ensuring that partners have a smooth onboarding experience and that their needs are met throughout the deployment process.
You will work closely with the Sales, Product, Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations teams to drive cross-functional efforts that meet external commitments. Regular travel to partner on-sites will be required, allowing you to build strong relationships and ensure that partners are making the most of their eero experience. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that partners are satisfied and successful, ultimately contributing to the overall success of eero's operations.
