Amazon is hiring a Senior Business Development Specialist for Amazon Connect to drive business development strategy and execution in the UKI region. You'll leverage your expertise in CCaaS and CRM to meet customer needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You are a customer-obsessed builder with a strong background in business development and a passion for helping customers achieve their full potential. With your expertise in CCaaS and CRM, you understand the most important customer needs and can effectively position AWS as the cloud provider of choice. You possess the business savvy and sales skills necessary to drive revenue and growth from small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including those in the public sector.
You have a proven track record of developing and executing business development strategies that lead to long-term growth. Your ability to analyze customer data and market signals allows you to prioritize the right features and services for your customers. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, partners, marketing, and other specialists to expand territories and identify new opportunities.
Desirable
Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and developing scalable programs to drive adoption is a plus. Familiarity with delivering business reviews and operational planning documents will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the business development strategy and execution for Amazon Connect in the UKI region. You will collaborate with various teams in the field, including Sales, Partners, and Marketing, to leverage your expertise in customer experience and cloud communications. Your responsibilities will include leading initiatives to expand territories and accounts, developing scalable programs to drive adoption, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
You will be tasked with delivering monthly and quarterly business reviews, ensuring that your territory meets revenue and non-revenue driven KPIs. By bringing customer data and market signals back to the EMEA and Worldwide teams, you will play a crucial role in prioritizing the right features and services for our customers. Your ability to drive geographical scale through external partners will be key to your success in this position.
