What you'll do

As a Senior GTM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for Amazon Connect, focusing on enterprise customers. You will work closely with the AWS Solutions team to identify customer needs and create tailored solutions that drive adoption and revenue. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.

You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve service offerings. Your insights will help shape the direction of Amazon Connect as a leading CCaaS solution in the market. You will also be involved in building relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their challenges, and positioning Amazon Connect as the ideal solution to meet their needs.
