Who you are

You have a strong background in sales strategy and demand generation, with experience in the advertising or eCommerce sectors. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs allows you to craft effective go-to-market strategies that resonate with both internal teams and external partners. You excel at enabling and training sales teams, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to drive demand and increase product adoption. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to evangelize product offerings effectively at conferences and client meetings.

Desirable

Experience in B2B advertising or eCommerce is a plus, as is familiarity with product launch processes and sales enablement techniques. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on strategic goals.

What you'll do

As a Senior GTM Specialist at Amazon, you will define and implement regional go-to-market strategies for our B2B ads vision. You will collaborate with Amazon Business Retail, Product, Marketing, and Sales Marketing to drive strategic vision through leadership documents and contribute to three-year plans. Your role will involve enabling and training sales teams to drive demand, increase product adoption, and accelerate revenue. You will also be responsible for providing closed-loop feedback between product and sales, ensuring that our offerings meet the needs of advertisers and the market.
