What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Amazon's quick commerce operations, coordinating the implementation of new and improved processes. You will work closely with store operations and last-mile delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of operational strategies. Your responsibilities will include facilitating communication between local and global product teams, ensuring that technology initiatives align with operational needs. You will analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization, driving innovation at the operator level. You will also be accountable for delivering world-class solutions that enhance the customer experience. Your role will involve influencing technology teams to develop tools that simplify processes and improve efficiency. You will be the go-to person for all tech-related activities within your area, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the team is equipped with the necessary resources to succeed.
