Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field, and possess 1-5 years of experience in operations, technical support, or product/tech coordination roles. You are skilled at troubleshooting system or process issues and driving them to resolution, ensuring that workflows and tools function as expected. You have the ability to work with data, validate accuracy, and perform structured testing to identify gaps before launch. Your strong communication skills enable you to provide timely updates and documentation to stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead operational readiness and support launch activities, ensuring that workflows, tools, and processes function as expected. You will diagnose and troubleshoot system issues by collaborating closely with Tech, Product, and Operations teams. Conducting structured testing and validating process accuracy will be key responsibilities, as well as supporting data validation related to operational workflows and customer-facing promises. You will coordinate with cross-functional partners to resolve defects and ensure readiness for go-live, monitoring performance post-launch and escalating issues as necessary. Your contributions will help identify recurring patterns, propose long-term fixes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
