Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, and possess 1-5 years of experience in operations, technical support, or product/tech coordination roles. You are skilled at troubleshooting system or process issues and driving them to resolution, ensuring operational accuracy and readiness for new launches. Your ability to work with data and validate its accuracy is essential, as is your experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and ensure a smooth go-live process.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, acting as the bridge between Operations, Product, and Tech teams. Your strong communication skills allow you to provide timely updates and documentation to stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. You are proactive in identifying recurring patterns and proposing long-term fixes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational workflows and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead operational readiness and support launch activities, ensuring that workflows, tools, and processes function as expected. You will diagnose and troubleshoot system issues by working closely with Tech, Product, and Operations teams, conducting structured testing and validating process accuracy before launch. Your responsibilities will include supporting data validation related to operational workflows and customer-facing promises, as well as monitoring performance post-launch to escalate issues and drive timely root-cause resolution.
You will coordinate with cross-functional partners to resolve defects and ensure readiness for go-live, identifying gaps and proposing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Your role will also involve communicating clearly with stakeholders, providing timely updates, documentation, and status reports to keep everyone informed of progress and challenges. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that new sites or products achieve successful day-one performance, ultimately contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
