Job Description
Who you are
You have 1-5 years of experience in operations, technical support, or product/tech coordination roles — you've successfully navigated the complexities of system workflows and understand the importance of operational readiness. Your background in Engineering, Computer Science, or Operations has equipped you with the skills to troubleshoot system issues effectively and validate operational accuracy.
You possess strong analytical skills and can work with data to ensure accuracy in operational workflows — your ability to diagnose and resolve system issues is complemented by your experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams. You communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing timely updates and documentation to keep everyone informed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead operational readiness and support launch activities, ensuring that workflows, tools, and processes function as expected. You will diagnose and troubleshoot system issues by collaborating closely with Tech, Product, and Operations teams. Conducting structured testing and validating process accuracy will be key responsibilities, as will identifying gaps before launch.
You will support data validation related to operational workflows and customer-facing promises, coordinating with partners to resolve defects and ensure readiness for go-live. Post-launch, you will monitor performance, escalate issues, and drive timely root-cause resolution. Your proactive approach will help identify recurring patterns and propose long-term fixes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
