Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, and ideally a Post Graduate degree in Construction. You bring experience in managing real estate deliverables and have a strong understanding of program management tools and methodologies. Your background includes working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of real estate programs with other business operations.
You are skilled in using tools such as SHIELD and Source, and you have a knack for generating reports that highlight critical paths and delays. Your ability to resolve discrepancies programmatically is a key strength, and you thrive in environments where you can monitor and improve processes. You are proactive in managing escalations and communicating effectively with senior management.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the India Real Estate team by managing the backend processes to ensure timely completion of all deliverables. You will coordinate closely with various teams including GES, Projects, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to integrate real estate schedules and milestones with their programs. Your responsibilities will include generating periodic reports, monitoring project progress, and identifying critical delays or discrepancies.
You will be the point of contact for escalations within the organization, working directly with the General Manager and Director of Real Estate. Your role will require you to engage with both the India and APAC Real Estate teams, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and to the required standards. You will also be responsible for defect elimination and continuous improvement of the processes involved in real estate project management.
