What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for increasing the sales of EDC machines through proper channels to merchants across multiple locations. You will create an inspiring team environment that promotes open communication and collaboration. Your day-to-day operations will involve overseeing team performance, monitoring metrics, and reporting on progress to ensure that team goals are met.
You will drive the sales of swiping devices in your assigned area, actively engaging with merchants to resolve any queries they may have. Setting clear team goals and deadlines will be essential, as will delegating tasks to ensure that your team remains focused and productive. You will motivate team members, recognize high performance, and reward accomplishments to foster a positive work culture.
