Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in operations and maintenance planning, with a strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. You are detail-oriented and capable of analyzing work orders to determine maintenance requirements effectively. Your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including maintenance management and service technicians, ensures that maintenance activities are scheduled efficiently during available downtime windows.
You are proactive in ensuring that spare parts are ordered and maintained in stock for both planned and emergency repairs. Your analytical skills allow you to screen work orders and assess the scope of maintenance activities based on available resources and work criticality. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to driving continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
What you'll do
As the RME Planner, you will develop and implement maintenance plans that align with Amazon's operational goals. You will utilize recurring preventive maintenance activities and predictive maintenance data to create effective schedules. Your responsibilities will include auditing equipment to document work requirements and quality, as well as estimating labor hours, materials, tools, and equipment needed for all assigned work orders.
You will work closely with maintenance management to coordinate and schedule proactive maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Your role will involve analyzing KPIs to drive improvements in maintenance efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
