Who you are
You have experience in reliability maintenance planning and scheduling, with a strong focus on minimizing system downtime and improving operational efficiency. You understand the importance of preventive and predictive maintenance activities and are skilled in developing maintenance plans based on data and KPIs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with maintenance management and technicians to ensure smooth operations.
You are detail-oriented and capable of auditing equipment to document work requirements and quality. Your ability to estimate labor hours, materials, tools, and equipment for assigned work orders supports a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance program. You embody Amazon's leadership principles, particularly Innovation, Bias for Action, and Ownership, in your approach to maintenance planning.
What you'll do
As a Reliability Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating maintenance plans and schedules for material handling equipment. You will screen EAM work orders and work closely with the Reliability Manager to maximize equipment uptime. Your role will involve auditing equipment and documenting work requirements to ensure quality and efficiency in maintenance activities.
You will collaborate with Maintenance Technicians and Control Systems Technicians to plan and schedule proactive maintenance activities during available downtime windows. This proactive approach will help prevent unplanned downtime and disruptions to production activities. You will also analyze predictive maintenance data to inform your planning and scheduling decisions, ensuring that maintenance activities align with operational needs.
