You have experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, ideally within a fast-paced operational environment. You understand the importance of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and are skilled in analyzing KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Your ability to collaborate effectively with maintenance teams and vendors ensures that maintenance activities are executed efficiently and effectively. You are detail-oriented and capable of estimating labor hours, materials, and tools required for maintenance tasks. You thrive in a role that requires both technical knowledge and strong organizational skills, ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
What you'll do
As the RME Planner at Amazon, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans that enhance the reliability of our Robotics and Material Handling Equipment. You will screen APM work orders and analyze the scope of work to schedule maintenance activities based on resource availability and work criticality. Your role will involve auditing equipment to document work requirements and quality, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards. You will collaborate closely with maintenance management and service technicians to coordinate proactive maintenance activities during available downtime windows. Additionally, you will ensure that spare parts are ordered and maintained in stock for both planned and emergency repairs, contributing to a proactive reliability-centered maintenance program.
