You are analytical and comfortable working with various metrics to drive data-driven decisions that enhance customer satisfaction. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and supply chain, to achieve business objectives. You are passionate about e-commerce and understand the dynamics of the retail market in Australia. You have a knack for identifying growth opportunities and are proactive in engaging with new brands to expand the category. You are also committed to developing your colleagues, acting as a Subject Matter Expert and providing coaching to enhance team performance.
What you'll do
As a Category Manager at Amazon, you will take ownership of your category, developing strategies that align with customer needs and business goals. You will work closely with suppliers to foster long-term relationships, ensuring that their products are well-represented on Amazon.com.au.
