You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and supply chain, to achieve business objectives. You are passionate about e-commerce and understand the dynamics of the retail market in Australia. You have a knack for identifying growth opportunities and are proactive in engaging with new brands to expand the category. You are also committed to developing your colleagues, acting as a Subject Matter Expert and providing coaching to enhance team performance.

What you'll do

As a Category Manager at Amazon, you will take ownership of your category, developing strategies that align with customer needs and business goals. You will work closely with suppliers to foster long-term relationships, ensuring that their products are well-represented on Amazon.com.au. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You will collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies that drive customer engagement and sales.
