Overview

HelloFresh is hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to identify and scale business expansion opportunities for the Youfoodz brand. You'll innovate the direct-to-consumer subscription channel and venture into B2B. This role requires 5+ years of experience in growth marketing and a data-driven approach.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, or eCommerce — you've successfully driven revenue growth and executed complex projects that exceed targets. Your highly data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy formation includes comfort with modeling and analyzing quantitative data.

You possess proven abilities to manage relationships with third-party vendors and coordinate across functional teams to operationalize business opportunities. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional partners in Growth Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Tech to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

You are proactive in identifying and scoping new channels or commercial models where Youfoodz can expand its Total Addressable Market (TAM). You have a knack for monitoring market penetration and educating senior leaders on opportunities and risks over short and medium-term horizons.

Desirable

Experience in the food or subscription industry is a plus, as is familiarity with B2B marketing strategies. You are comfortable with various marketing tools and platforms that enhance your ability to analyze data and drive insights.

What you'll do

As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy for new channel, feature, or partnership launches from end-to-end. You will proactively identify, test, and scale business expansion opportunities for the Youfoodz brand, innovating the existing direct-to-consumer subscription channel and venturing into the B2B space.

You will analyze quantitative data and build models to aggregate insights that drive key business decisions. Your role will involve managing relationships with third-party vendors and coordinating across functional teams to operationalize business opportunities effectively.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners in Growth Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Tech to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. Regular reporting to the Youfoodz and HelloFresh ANZ Leadership teams on progress toward business goals and OKRs will be a key part of your responsibilities.
