What you'll do
As a Change Manager at Amazon, you will lead various process improvement projects across the delivery network. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Leadership Steering Committee to prioritize initiatives that enhance site operations. You will oversee the siteβs Non-inventory Supplies and Waste Management team, ensuring that all processes align with Amazon's operational goals. Your role will involve working closely with partners from Operations, Process Improvement, Health and Safety, and external vendors to design and deploy new equipment and processes.
You will spend your days engaging with customers in Operations, learning from their experiences, and applying those insights to improve delivery standards. You will also work on design standards for future Delivery Stations, contributing to the development of concepts that enhance the associate experience. Your ability to manage diverse stakeholders will be crucial as you implement large-scale deployment projects that aim to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
