What you'll do

As the Data Center Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall management of the data center's critical infrastructure. This includes ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment operates at 100% availability. You will collaborate with various teams to implement best practices in safety and efficiency, addressing any operational challenges that arise.

You will lead initiatives to optimize the performance of data center systems, utilizing your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. Your role will involve regular assessments of equipment performance and implementing improvements to enhance operational reliability. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain high standards of service.

In addition, you will work closely with supply chain specialists and operations managers to coordinate efforts across the data center.
