You are an experienced Commissioning Engineer with a strong background in critical infrastructure commissioning. You have a solid understanding of various systems including medium and low voltage power systems, generators, and HVAC. Your bilingual skills in English and Spanish enable you to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

You are proactive in supporting vendors and contractors throughout the commissioning process, ensuring that all systems are tested and balanced effectively.

What you'll do

As a Commissioning Engineer at Amazon, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and commissioning of AWS data centers. You will collaborate with various teams to develop test scripts and schedules, ensuring that all systems are integrated and functioning as intended. Your role will involve leading Factory Witness Testing (FWT) and performing system-level testing to validate the performance of critical infrastructure systems.

You will provide multi-discipline input into project planning and execution, ensuring that all components meet the required specifications. Your expertise will be crucial in reviewing component submittal packages and coordinating with contractors to achieve optimal results. You will continuously monitor the commissioning process, addressing any issues that arise to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
