What you'll do

As a Multi-Site EHS Manager II at Amazon, you will be the safety champion for your sites, leading the implementation of the Global WHS Program. You will conduct comprehensive risk assessments and site audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your role will involve analyzing incident trends and driving safety initiatives that make a real difference in the workplace. You will collaborate closely with Operations leadership to bridge the gap between safety requirements and operational success. Your leadership will engage associates in safety culture, ensuring that safety is a shared responsibility across all levels of the organization. You will also manage the first aid program and emergency response capabilities, ensuring that immediate care is always available.
