What you'll do

In this role, you will be the safety champion for your site, leading the implementation of Amazon's Global WHS Program. You will conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Your responsibilities will include managing the first aid program and emergency response capabilities, ensuring that immediate care is always available. You will collaborate closely with operations leadership to drive safety initiatives that align with operational goals. Your ability to influence and engage associates will be crucial as you work to shape a strong safety culture across the organization. You will also lead safety compliance efforts, conducting thorough site audits and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Your analytical skills will help you transform safety data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
