You understand the importance of integrating compliance requirements within business processes and are committed to driving continuous process improvement.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector, particularly with cloud services or emerging technologies, is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory requirements across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage export compliance requirements within EMEA, ensuring that they are integrated into business processes. You will work closely with various business units to understand the scope of controlled export activities, identify risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies. Your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining internal compliance programs (ICPs) to satisfy regulatory requirements, including compliance with export authorization.

You will drive enterprise-wide export compliance excellence by building policies, processes, and solutions for automated compliance. This will enable business growth across AWS's most complex and strategic programs, including AI, Quantum, and other emerging technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance solutions are effective and aligned with business objectives.
