What you'll do

In this role, you will drive the implementation of export controls within AWS, ensuring that compliance requirements are integrated seamlessly into business processes. You will work closely with various teams to develop innovative compliance solutions that support the organization's growth and expansion. Your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, and developing requirements for new compliance solutions that address these issues.

You will lead initiatives aimed at scaling the AI license compliance controls program, leveraging your expertise to create effective processes that enhance compliance across the organization. Your role will involve continuous process improvement, where you will identify areas for enhancement and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness in compliance operations.

Collaboration will be a key aspect of your work, as you will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance requirements are understood and met. You will also be responsible for communicating compliance goals and progress to senior leadership, ensuring that they are informed and engaged in compliance initiatives.
