What you'll do

As the Multi-Site EHS Manager II at Amazon, you will be the safety champion for your site, leading the implementation of the Global WHS Program. You will work closely with operations leadership to drive safety initiatives that make a real difference in the workplace. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough site audits, analyzing incident trends, and implementing improvements where they matter most. You will manage the first aid program and emergency response capabilities, ensuring that immediate care is always available for associates. Your analytical skills will be crucial in transforming safety data into actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in safety practices.

You will also lead safety compliance efforts, ensuring that all safety requirements are met and that associates are engaged in promoting a culture of safety. Your ability to influence and build relationships will be essential as you work to shape the safety culture within the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that safety initiatives align with operational goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
