What you'll do

As the Site EHS Manager III, you will lead the implementation of Amazon's Global WHS Program, ensuring that safety is prioritized in all operational processes. You will partner with operations leadership to develop and execute safety initiatives that set new benchmarks in workplace safety. Your role will involve conducting regular safety audits, analyzing safety data, and identifying areas for improvement to drive continuous safety enhancements.

You will be responsible for leading a team of WHS professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that safety protocols are followed and that team members are equipped with the necessary tools and training. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of safety, where every employee feels empowered to prioritize their own safety and the safety of their colleagues.

In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will leverage technology and data analytics to drive preventive measures and innovative safety solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that safety practices are integrated into all aspects of operations, ultimately contributing to Amazon's mission of becoming Earth’s safest place to work.

What we offer
