What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the site’s safety initiatives, orchestrating Amazon's Global WHS Program with precision and passion. You will partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations, ensuring that safety is a core value in all activities. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive risk assessments and transforming safety data into actionable strategies that enhance workplace safety.

You will build and develop a high-performing team of WHS professionals, guiding them to achieve excellence in safety practices. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the site. You will also be responsible for monitoring safety performance metrics and implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
