What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the site's safety facilitator, orchestrating Amazon's Global WHS Program with precision and passion. You will partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations, ensuring that safety is woven into the fabric of the workplace. You will lead comprehensive risk assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives that set new benchmarks in workplace safety.

You will be responsible for transforming the safety culture through innovative solutions and leadership. Your role will involve leveraging technology and data analytics to drive preventive measures and enhance safety protocols. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that safety standards are met and exceeded, ultimately contributing to Amazon's mission of becoming Earth’s safest place to work.
