What you'll do

As a Senior Construction Manager, you will lead the RFP process and coordinate with designers, building teams, and cost estimators to establish project budgets, scopes, and schedules. You will assist in obtaining necessary information and decisions from Amazon to complete construction drawings, ensuring that all aspects of the project are covered.

You will manage approvals and permissions needed from building landlords, acting as the primary Amazon representative on permitting matters. Your role will involve facilitating information required by internal Amazon functional teams, including IT, Safety, and Operations, to ensure smooth project execution.

You will be responsible for fostering collaboration among various stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned throughout the construction process. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the complexities of large-scale construction projects, and you will play a key role in the successful delivery of fulfillment center designs.
