Who you are

You have experience in operations, customer service, or support — you understand the importance of execution and accuracy in daily operations. Your good communication skills, both verbal and written, enable you to effectively interact with sellers and field teams. You possess basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word, which are essential for maintaining logs and reports. You have the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work with attention to detail, ensuring that all processes are adhered to. Your excellent command of English allows you to communicate effectively in a diverse work environment. You are flexible and can adapt to varying schedules and shifts as required by the role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will monitor daily shipments and seller performance through outbound calls, emails, and system checks. You will escalate operational issues to executives or field teams for timely resolution, ensuring that any disruptions are addressed promptly. Maintaining accurate logs and reports of seller interactions and operational exceptions will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will provide basic guidance to sellers on process adherence and operational requirements, helping them navigate the Easy Ship system effectively. Supporting the team in executing audits, spot checks, and follow-ups with sellers will also be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will perform data entry, documentation, and status tracking for various operational activities, contributing to a smooth workflow.
