What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for handling law enforcement, customer, and driver contacts through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work to resolve issues that arise throughout the delivery experience, ensuring timely and hassle-free service. Your role will involve coordinating with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to facilitate crisis management and monitor security risks across multiple regions. You will troubleshoot issues related to alarm systems and assist in issuing credentials to critical data locations. Your contributions will directly support the Shipping and Delivery Support (SDS) team, which is vital to Amazon's transportation network.
